Clear Uptime Monitoring Insight!
We understand that uptime monitors can occasionally report false positives. To ensure accurate visibility into the true state of our infrastructure, we deploy multiple independent monitors across the same servers and services.
Only when all monitors simultaneously report a status of DOWN do we treat it as a confirmed incident, ensuring both reliability and transparency.
For granular insights into our host nodes such as uptime, CPU or RAM saturation and more, please use the Hetrix Tools Monitor and click on the specific host.

15th September 2025 - Nigeria Network Maintenance
Maintenance Completed
Thank you for bearing with us.
This maintenance is now deemed completed despite bringing the network back up yesterday.
The reason for this is that we were determined to reduce storm latency that was still present with IPv6 connectivity.
We will revisit this upgrade in a few months with a committment to enhancing the quality of our network once we find an appropriate window that it can be carried out.
Please note IPv4 and IPv6 are both fully functional.

Informational Reminder!
All systems are fully operational. Network hardware refresh in Nigeria scheduled.
14th September 2025 - Nigeria Network Maintenance
IPv6 is currently unstable and will be worked on. Please expect intermittent disruptions with IPv6 connectivity.
IPv4 is fully functional.

Network refresh commencing.
14th September 2025 17:40 WAT - Nigeria Network Maintenance
The hardware refresh has unfortunately been unsuccessful. Old hardware has been reinstated and IPv4 connectivity restored. We are going to try and reduce the latency on IPv6 before restoring connectivity as we have not been able to change the hardware due to unforseen circumstances on this occassion.
14th September 2025 22:30 WAT - Nigeria Network Maintenance
Functionality has now been restored. Spikes in latency may still be observed when sending mass ICMP traffic but this will only be during the intital burst of packets.
Routed traffic is not affected. Only ICMP.
The new hardware installation will be revisted at a later time.
